Just a quick message to say thank you to Lee for repairing my daughters washing machine with honesty and promptness. He came out straight away within the next day of the call and got straight to the problem. It's so difficult to trust service people these days as having various tradesmen in the family we are always aware of inferior work or unjust work. Once again well done and we will most definitely recommend you.

Many thanks to Richard, I'm a landlord and this morning was rang by my tenant in a panic with a totally broken cooker, they have a young family and needed a quick solution. I looked through yellow pages and after lots of wasted phone calls to other companies found Richards firm, Richard couldn't be more helpfull and within 2 hours had a new cooker fitted and working. Can't recomend Richard enough.

I would just like to say that i contacted this company yesterday 15.03.10 with a problem with my washing machine, the gentleman i spoke to (which i later found out was Richard) suggested that i tried something first. I was amazed he just did not want to come straight out and rip me off for a few pounds. Having tried what he suggested unfortunately my machine still did not want to know, on calling Richard back he arranged for an engineer to call the following day informing me his name was Paul. Paul rang the next morning giving me a rough idea what time he would be with me which i thought was great as i would not be waiting all day and wasting my precious day off. Paul arrived repaired my machine, was very efficient and friendly. I would just like to say that the service i received from this company was first class, i would definately recommend them to my family and friends. They were reliable, friendly and very efficient. I was also quoted the price over the phone from Richard so there were no unexpected costs for which i was grateful.
